Fred welcomes our new teacher Kelly Dunlop

We would like to welcome our new teacher Kelly Dunlop, Kelly's work is well published in Scrapbook Creations and other magazines, as well as being on some design teams, and we are very lucky to have her as part of our team at Fred.
